He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Cruzan Holderfield; and his grandparents, James Cruzan of Joplin, Missouri., Pat Holderfield and Amy Cruzan. He is survived by: his father Jimmy Holderfield; his wife Hollie Holderfield; his children, Hunter Holderfield and Marlie Holderfield of Branson; his mother-in-law Sue Sigle of Branson; his sister Shanna Holderfield of Tulsa; and his brother-in-law Ryan Sigle of Branson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Cape Fair Christian Church.
