He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Addis and Jean Addis (Law); and his brother David Addis. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Addis of Branson, Missouri; his sons, Tony Addis (Leah) of Kirbyville and Michael Addis (Kendall) of Nixa, Missouri; his grandchildren, Kelsey Franklin (Cody), Kailyn Addis, Bailey Addis, Mason Addis and Carter Addis; and his brother Frank Addis of Tennessee. He is also survived by seven nieces; ten nephews; many other extended family members; and beloved golden retriever, Buddy.
