He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Spittler and Corinne Spittler (Siebel). He is survived by: his wife LaVerne Lance; his children, Barbara Tenneson (Dave) of Huntington Beach, Calif., Paul Spittler (Irene) of Hollister and Patrick Spittler of Cape Fair; and his siblings, Shirley Amann of Arnold and Neal Spittler (Christy) of Nixa. He is also survived by four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
