He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Cutsforth and Iva Cutsforth (Underwood); and his siblings, Lois Wentz (Charles) and Allen Cutsforth (Patricia). He is survived by: his wife Susan K. Rupkalvis of Branson, MO; his children, Tim Cutsforth of Cedar Rapids, IA and Ann Miles (Preston); his grandsons, Benjamin and Marcus Miles; and his brother David Cutsforth (Virginia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
