She was predeceased by: her father Bobby Rowland; and her sister Lisa Rowland. She is survived by: her mother Adeana Rowland (McCravey); her daughter Jamie (Daniel Parker) of Miami, OK.; her granddaughters, Raven (Sebastian Florence) of Branson and Willow Parker of Miami, OK; her brothers, Dale Rowland and Tim Rowland; and her great grandchild Roman Florence.

“Judy was like a second mom to me in my childhood. She & my mom were life long friends & the last time I spoke with her was right after my mom passed last Feb./23 She was understandably very upset so the conversation wasn’t long but she was just as sweet & kind to me as she always had been. I always loved talking with her over the years because she had a wonderful sense of humor & insight that was kind & comforting. She was unique & I will miss her dearly. Love and light to her,always.
