He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Hayes and Phyllis Hayes (Knowlton); his sister Margaret Hayes-Blanton; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Hitchler. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Frances Hitchler; his children, Martin (Kelli) and Christina Hayes Baker (Harold); his grandchildren, James, John, Cassidy Hayes, Cheyenne Schwab, Shea Bass, Benjamin, Jonathan, Robert and Harold Baker; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Maddox Hayes, Connor Baker, Addison and Emery Bass; his sister Lillian Kay Varley (Carl); and his brother-in-law Harold Hitchler.
