He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Roland and Florence Irene Hanson (Lange); his brother Gordon Roland Hanson, Jr.; and his son Brian Hanson of Olympia, Washington.. He is survived by: his wife Patricia McQueary (Pat); his children, Ember Hanson of Branson, Missouri, Jymmie Lynne Reed (Jeff) of Centralia, Washington, James Hanson (Kristin) of Roy, Washington and Rosina Smith (Josh) of The Dalles, Oregon.; and his siblings, Patricia Frymire (Steve), Marilyn Hunwardsen (Leo), Audrey Hanson and James Hanson (Karen) of Grants Pass. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces and nephews along with many close friends.
