He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Arthur and Helen Howell (Ogle). He is survived by: his daughters, Sheryl Hilburn (Ronnie) of Naples, FL, Kathy Frank (Jerry) of Rolla, MO, Margaret Hoke (Fred) of Lincoln, NE and Jodi Fidone (James) of Omaha, NE.; and his siblings, Judy Harlan and Jimmie Howell. He is also survived by spouses, seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a nephew.
