He is survived by: his brother Robert Meadows (Vicki) of Bakersfield, California; his sister-in-law Ruth Meadows of Bakersfield, California; his nephew Christopher Meadows of Bakersfield, California; and his niece Jennifer Magee (O. B.) of Stockton, California..
