He was predeceased by: his parents, A. Kelsey Kelly and Sarah Kelly (Putman); his wife Helen Rowe; his children, Tommy and Janet Nokes; and his siblings, Tom, Curt, Keith, Thelma Shnake, Imogene Endicott, Mary Jane White, Rachel Jackson and Sarah Kelly.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry McWhorter of St. Louis, MO, Debi (Jim) of Branson, MO and Ted (Carol) of Leawood, KS. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Mr. Kelly had donated over 90 gallons of blood with the American Red Cross with his goal being 100.
