She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Collinge and Edith Collinge (Scharenberg); her former husband Bernell Weems; her husband F. L. Lemley; her siblings, Kenneth Collinge, Clifford Collinge, Audrey Singleton and Juanita Fleener; and her son-in-law Larry Newberry.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen Weems (Shelby), Dennis Weems (Paula), Sharon Newberry and David Weems (Celeste); and her grandchildren, Jason Weems, Kayte Weems-Lowell, Kara Hertlein, Clayton Weems, Corbin Sawyer, Aaron Sawyer, Whitney Weems, Ryan Weems, Lindy Burrow, Dennis Newberry, Casey Montgomery, Aaron Montgomery, Jed Montgomery, Minda Siebert and Nathan Dow. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and other family members.
