She is survived by: her mother Pomeranian; her husband Shawn Horning; her children, Sommer Coburn and Michael Casarez; her grandchildren, Michael, Scarlett Casarez, Tristan and Rachel Coburn; her aunt Connie Brinlee; and her sisters, Sandra Pierce and Deena.
