He is survived by: his wife Linda Mitchell; his daughters, Katherine Garcia (Mauricio) of Las Vegas and Jennifer Wilson (Joshua) of Harrison, Arkansas; and his siblings, Mary Jane Mitchell of West Virginia, Betty Jean Duncan of West Virginia and David Mitchell of California. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
