She is survived by: her children, Jan Tate-Mudron, Cheryl Tate of Springfield, MO, Rick of Nashville, TN, Mark of Covina, CA and Scott. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren.
