He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Scheu and Helena Scheu (Moehrer); his wife Sandra Chiochios; his daughter Terry Lynne; his siblings, Leslie Scheu (Dolores), Lorna Neumann (Lester), Sylvia Madson (Jim) and Eleanor Neumann (Harold); and his close friend Norma Rigoni.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Latzig (Warren) and David Scheu (Clarice); and his grandchildren, Todd Latzig (Rebecca), Caryn Franzen, Courtney Petruzates (Eric), Rebecca Becker (Jake), Justin Scheu, Jason Scheu and Andrew Scheu (Shannon). He is also survived by thirteen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
