He is survived by: his former wife Patsy Haack; his children, Paula Sutterfield, William Haack, Dawn Haack and Angie Haack; his grandchildren, Tara Qualls, Tyler Barringer, Salvador Bautista III, Todd Barringer, Martin Bautista, Bobby Allen Jr., Anthony Bautista, Kenny Haack, Johnny Haack, Alyssa Haack and Gennalyn Haack; his great grandchildren, Jasmine, Makenzie, Alyssa, Jayce and Rex; and his sisters, Beverly Haack and Joyce Cavaugh.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for cat food donations to carry on DJ's tradition.
