He was predeceased by: his parents, Bessie Witherell and Albert White; his wife Sharon Lawver; his brother Robert Lawver; and his niece Krisa Kelly (Lawver).

He is survived by: his children, Angie Musehl (Byron) of Branson, Missouri and Jason Lawver (Nancy) of Branson, Missouri; his grandchildren, Josh, Dylan, Lindsay and Jordan; his sister-in-law Beverly Lawver of Canton, Illinois; his niece Lisa Peterson (Brian) of Lansing, Michigan; and his great-nieces, Cassidy and Kayden of Greenville, Mississippi.
