She is survived by: her parents, Tommy Hooker of Caruthersville, Missouri and Shadale Wallace (Jim) of Jonesboro, Indiana; her son Trenton Case of Branson, Missouri; her siblings, Tommy Hooker Jr., Dakota Johnston, Ana Hooker, Steve Hooker and Jessie Wallace; her nieces, Macie Babb, Hailie Johnston and Ariya Carter; and her grandparents, Phyllis Hooker of Greenville, Mississippi and Herbie Douglas of Wardell, Missouri. She is also survived by other nephews and extended family.
