She is survived by: her husband Louis DeCarolis of Branson, Missouri; her children, LuAnn O'Neill (Pat), Tony DeCarolis (Jerri) and David DeCarolis; her grandchildren, Katie Bergerson (Blake), Megan O'Neill, Kevin O'Neill (Andrea), Jordon DeCarolis, Lewis DeCarolis, Elizabeth Hiatt and Zachary DeCarolis (Addie); and her great grandchild Beckham.
