He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Eichhorn; his children, Tammy Moore (Ken), Tanja Snively (Chip) and Tessa Woodward (Brian); his grandchildren, Tanner Butkay (Sarah), Todd Butkay (Jessica), Connor Moore, Lucas Moore, Madison Moore, Logan Moore, Ryan Moore, Alex Snively, Taylor Snively, McKenna Snively, Avery Woodward and Carter Woodward; his great grandchildren, Harper, Emilia and Caleb; his siblings, Gwen Smith (Ron), Deanna Smith (Marvin) and Rick Eichhorn; and his parent-in-law Imma Gene Johnson.
