He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Fratt and Clella Fratt (Philpott); his son Timothy Allen Fratt; and his brothers, Harold and Roger Fratt.
He is survived by: his friend Nancy Fritcher; his wife Nancy; his children, Lonna LeGrande (Todd), Deanna Johnson (Dwayne), Kristin Podliska and Kevin Fratt (Katrina); and his grandchildren, Amy Bernhardt (Ryan), Matthew Miller (Jamie), Nicholas Miller (Jalyn), Jenilee Schaecher, Scott Schaecher, Jacob Schaecher (Amanda), Payden Podliska, Kesha Fratt, Kaleb Fratt and Kaitlyn Fratt.
