He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Edward Ray and Mary Louise Ray (Wilson); and his brother Monte Ray. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne "JD" Daniels; his sister Patti Altman (John); and his children, Lynnea Mejia (Felipe), Alan "Dusty" Ray (Laura), Michelle Brown (Rodney) and Michael Ray (Amanda). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, his wife.
