He is survived by: his wife Janet Boozell of Branson West, MO; and his children, Rick Boozell of Aurora, CO, Curt Boozell (Paula) of Bella Vista, AR, Deborah Warren (Dan) of Pleasantville, IA and Kathryn Charleston (Don) of Maxwell, IA.
