She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hopkins and Erma Hopkins (Reece); her husband Keith Wartick; her sister Terry Koroma; and her nephew Kiyon Koroma.
She is survived by: her sons, Craig Wartick (Jen Begulia) of Kansas City, MO and Jarritt Wartick (Kelly) of Republic, MO; her brother Dick Hopkins of Winfield, KS; her granddaughters, Hailey Wartick of Springfield, MO and Olivia Wartick of Republic, MO; and her nieces and nephews, Brian, Brad, Derek, Cole, Tinka, Randi and Tekeisha.
