He was predeceased by: his parents, William Spence and Bettye Spence (Armstrong). He is survived by: his wife Kim Spence; his daughter Laci Hudson (Trent Arney) of Branson, Missouri; and his granddaughters, Adalynn Arney and Elly Arney of Branson. He is also survived by his family and his friends.
