He is survived by: his wife Brenda Hawthorne; his sons, Shane Hawthorne (Barb) of Springfield and Chris Hawthorne (Linda) of Springfield; and his grandchildren, Blake Hawthorne, Erika and Mila Hawthorne of Springfield.
