He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Clark and Thelma Clark (Gideon); his wife Janet Clark; and his siblings, Dale, Roy D., Lonnie Clark, Vickey Russell and Gracie Reynolds.
He is survived by: his daughters, Carol Breshears of Ava and Tammy Baird (Kirk) of Forsyth; and his siblings, Dwayne Clark of Arkansas, Larry Clark of Bradleyville, Bonnie Melton of Merriam Woods, Linda Polly of Springfield, Gloria Harding of Branson and Mary Sims of Taneyville. He is also survived by five grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
