He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Hoss" Thomas and Mary Thomas; and his grandparents, Charles Lawrence and Winnie Mae Lawrence. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Holliday; his daughters, Amanda Thomas of Iowa and Sammi Jo Thomas of Iowa; his stepchildren, John, Ashley, Sarah and Catherine; his siblings, Scott Thomas (Jamie) of Bowling Green, MO and Tina Green (Bobby) of Louisiana, MO; and his extended family Ronnie Lawrence of Louisiana, MO. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
