We are sad to announce that on February 19, 2025, at the age of 56, William Bishop of Bowling Green, Missouri, born in Ottawa, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may William find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Ann (King) and Melvin Edward "Eddie" Bishop. He is survived by: his siblings, Wayne Bishop of Louisiana, MO and Kim Zumwalt (Kevin) of Troy, MO; his close friends, Allen and Cora; and his son Jordin Bennett. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and many many friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calvary Gospel Church (19808 US Hwy 54, Summer Hill, IL 62363). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
