He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Galen and Opal Galen; his daughters, Kelly and Marilyn; and his siblings, Gary and Nancy.
He is survived by: his sons, Jimmie (JD), Galen (Susan) of Auxvasse and Michael Galen of Denver Colorado; and his siblings, Charlene Carr (Ralph) of Ashland, Larry Galen (Betty) of Columbia, Barbara Galen (Andy Bumbera) of Bullhead City and Carol Galen of Colorado City, Texas. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
