He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Catherine Cole and James Dillender. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Lonergan; his children, Tami Schneidler (Kurt) of New Hartford, MO and James Ray Dillender; his grandchildren, Taylor Schneidler (Mason) of Gladstone, MO and Ashton Schneidler of New Hartford, MO.; his siblings, Debby Grupp (Bill) of Louisiana and Greg Dillender (Tereasa) of Camdenton, MO; his mother-in-law Ruby Guthrie of Louisiana, MO; and his brother-in-law Jim Guthrie of Louisiana, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Montauk Missouri State Park.
