He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Willetta Mitchell; his grandparents, Leon and Gladys Blackwell; his wife Gabriele Blackwell of Bowling Green, MO; his sons, LeRoy Blackwell (Alicia) of Louisiana, MO, Donald Blackwell (Jake) of Troy, MO and David "Davy" Blackwell (Megan) of Bowling Green, MO; his father-in-law LeRoy Abbington (Carla) of St. Charles, MO; his siblings, Diana McGinnis of Louisiana, MO, Gladys Conley (Stan) of Clarksville, TN and Robert "Bobbie" Mitchell; his sister-in-law Monica Kirkland (Jack) of St. Louis, MO; his nephews, Stan Conley Jr. and Terron Conley of Clarksville, TN; his grandchildren, Batrice, Denise, Jamal Blackwell, Abricion Ivey of Louisiana, MO, Teven Blackwell of Troy, MO, Davyon and Dannilynn Blackwell of Bowling Green, MO; and his great grandchildren, Draya, Aleah Blackwell of Louisiana, MO and Millicent King of Elsberry, MO. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
