She is survived by: her children, Shelly Sims, Michael Smith and Krista Smith; her brothers, Joseph Eads of Fulton, MO and Robert Eads of Fulton, MO; her niece Heather Eads; and her nephew Joseph Allen Eads Jr.. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
