It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Stephens of Bourbon, Missouri, who passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mamie Frances Stephens (Wymer) and Homer Stephens; his former wife Lucille Stephens (Eaton); his parents-in-law, Herb, Tessie Eaton (Oliver), William and Eula Richardson (Denney); his son William Ronald Stephens; his brothers, Virgil Stephens, Jim Stephens (Lee) and Clarence Stephens (Rose); and his siblings-in-law, Ida Thom, William Herman Richardson, Lawrence Ray and Franklin Richardson (Terry).
He is survived by: his wife Alice Stephens of Bourbon, MO; his children, Mike Stephens (Donna) of Bourbon, MO, Roberta Ellen Kimball (Robert "Bob") of St. James, MO and Alice Dowler (Ron) of Rolla, MO; his daughter-in-law Donna Stephens of Blue Springs, MO; and his sister Florence Ray of Republic, MO. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be given to First Southern Baptist Church, Leasburg, MO, St. James Caring Center or Bourbon Food Pantry.
