He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Theodore and Betty Hulsey (Schmitt). He is survived by: his former wife Debra Denise Blankenship; his wife Debbie Hulsey of Bourbon, MO; his son Brett Hulsey (Stephanie Hoffson) of Sullivan, MO; his grandchildren, Kale of Sullivan, MO, Korielle of Sullivan, MO and Ryan Jo Hulsey of Sullivan, MO; and his sisters, Becky Binkholder (Steve) of Sullivan, MO, Diane Bunch (Steve) of Sullivan, MO and Jennifer Day (Jack) of Sullivan, MO. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
