He was predeceased by: his father Leroy I. Eoff; his niece Juliet King; his mother Helen L. Eoff (Merritt) of Bourbon; his sister Debbie King of Cuba; his former wife Louisa "Ding Dong" Tullock of Sullivan; and his aunts, Ruth Ann Roach of Sullivan, Alice Valley of Bourbon and Judy Merritt of Steelville.
He is survived by: his uncle Ronnie Merritt (Sue Jost) of Cherryville; his nephews, James King of Sedalia and Ricky King; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Zakary King of Cuba, Holden King of Sullivan, Haley and Harlee King of Sullivan; and also Monica of Sullivan. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mizell Funeral Home (904 W Washington St, Cuba, MO 65453). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Bourbon City Cemetery.
