She is survived by: her parents, Roman S. Chavez and Ginger L. Chavez (Bromberek) of Chicago, IL; her son Christopher Garcia of Bourbon, MO; and her sister Christina Chavez of Chicago, IL. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
