He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Hendrix and Sally Ann Walls Hendrix; and his grandparents, Charles Jake Walls and Laverna Walls. He is survived by: his brothers, Tony Hendrix of Bourbon, MO, Lynn Hendrix of Salem, MO and Alex Hendrix (Carolyn) of Leasburg, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
