It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Payne of Bourbon, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on November 21, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood Yates Payne and Mildred Odessa Payne (Robinson); his former wife Gail Payne; and his son Richard "Ricky" Payne. He is survived by: his wife Eileen "Gail" Hutson; his children, Jamie Payne (Julie) of Bourbon, MO, Tonja Beakley (Christy Young), Rhonda Rowden (Mark) of Leasburg, MO and Jeremy Payne (Timothy Payne) of Licking, MO; his siblings, Larry Payne of Sullivan, MO, David Payne (Judy) of Bourbon, MO and Linda Lee of Bourbon, MO; his grandchildren, Lucas (Abby), Rayanna, Quentin, Jacob (Jesse), Nick, Megan, Chauntel, Blake, Wyatt and Dylan; and his great grandchild Ellzie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
