He was predeceased by: his parents, Sally Jo Neff (Crull) and Ronnie Neff; his sister Melissa Neff; and his great-niece Madylinne Tipsword. He is survived by: his sisters, Tina Skaggs (Scott) of Locust Grove, OK and Jennifer Crittenden (Matthew) of Bourbon, MO; his nieces, Haylea Riggs (J. W. Fleming) of Locust Grove, OK and Janessa Tipsword of Locust Grove, OK; his great-niece Ameilya Tipsword; and his great-nephews, Ely Tipsword and Hunter Fleming. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
