He is survived by: his mother Margie Lynchard; his wife Sandra Hulsey Tourville; his children, Tim Lynchard (Molly), Steve Lynchard (Angie), Dori Johnson (Kris), Natalie Tourville, Annette Tourville Tharp and Darren Tourville (Robin); his grandchildren, Christina, Ellizabeth, Foster, Jared, Alayna, Kelsey, Alec, Emma, Makenna, Madison, Jaxson, Jace, Mollie and Laura; his great grandchild Peyton Rae Peppmeier; his brothers, Tom Lynchard Jr. (Sherri) and Gary Lynchard (Kathy); his daughter Ruth Gilliam; and his siblings-in-law, Brenda Witt (Bob) and Don Hulsey (Bambi). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
