He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Arrigo and Marie Arrigo (Eagen). He is survived by: his wife Dawn Arrigo (Bommer); his children, Benjamin Arrigo and Carrera Coates (Arrigo); his son-in-law Ryan Coates; and his siblings, James'Jim'Arrigo, Ann Milner (Leo), Patricia Kraichely (Ron) and Margaret'Peggy' McGee (Terry).

Mermorial contributions may be made in Frank's memory to the American Diabetes Association or Grace United Methodist Church "Building Fund".
