He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Fipps and Mae Fipps (Shimp); his wife Mavis Hinch; and his siblings, George Fipps and Sarah Mae Bruno.
He is survived by: his children, Christine, Chris McSparrin (Patrick) of High Ridge, MO, Amanda Alexander (Nik) of Dixon, MO and Jason Fipps of Fenton, MO; his grandchildren, Melanie, Megan, Brandon Blasingame, Tristan, Izaiah Christopher, Jadon, Peyton, Kade, Ethan Fipps, Christopher McSparrin and Patrick McSparrin, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Clinton, Hunter, Alaina, Francis, Atticus, Lilly, Jaxon and Isabell; and his pet Penny. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends.
