She is survived by: her husband William "Buddy" Stroup; her daughter Lisa Skaggs (Brian) of Bourbon, MO; her grandchildren, Bryan Cole Skaggs (Maddison) of St. Clair, MO, Sammi Quisenberry (Justin) of Sullivan, MO and Sara Skaggs of Bourbon, MO; her siblings, James Neil Duncan (Mary) of Sullivan, MO, Neva Cassidy (Dave) of Steelville, MO, Karen Weems of Sullivan, MO, Joyce Corbett (David) of Cuba, MO and Rhonda Hibbitts (Tom) of Sheldon, MO; her stepdaughter Christina Warren; and her stepgrandchildren, Ashly (Sam), William, Marissa and Trey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
