He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix T. Courtouise and Alice C. Courtouise (Heads); his wife Wanda Hampton; and his siblings, Dave, Daniel, Jimmy Courtouise, Bertha Meyer and Betty Reimler.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Lewis (Ray) of Cuba, MO, Clayton Courtouise (Shondra) of Bourbon, MO, Ashley Durbin (Matt) of Kirkwood, MO and Justin Courtouise (Jennifer) of Leasburg, MO; his grandchildren, Haley, James, Chloe, Cara, Alex, Tucker, Henry and Nolan; and his siblings, Lonnie Courtouise (Brenda) of Bourbon, MO and Barbara Courtouise of Bourbon, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
