He is survived by: his son Camren Ace of West Virginia; his parents, Kathy McCabe of Cushing, IA and Scott McCabe of Bourbon, MO; and his sister Leslie McCabe of Hermitage, TN. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and many other relatives, friends, and co-workers.

Memorial contributions may be given in David's memory to Heartland Recovery Programs, 500 New Creation Rd, Newark, MO 63458.
