He is survived by: his wife Teresa Martin Harney; his children, Rodney Harney (Chase), Timmy Harney (Denise) and Deanna Garrett (Jeremy); his adoptive daughter Ella Kay Hutchison Harney; and his siblings, Ronnie E. Harney (Charlene), Robert Scott Harney (Dana) and Carolyn R. Kerns (David). He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
