He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon James and Della Mae Evans (Heady); and his brothers, Wayne Evans and James Randall Evans. He is survived by: his former wife Patty Prusinowski; his children, Thomas J. Evans (Hayley Whitter) of Sullivan, MO and Victoria Evans of Sullivan, MO; his grandchildren, Logan Kimker, Kaden Evans, Keira Evans, Emily Lewis, Raigan Branson and Landon Branson; his great grandchild Brooklin Smith; and his sister Sandra Alsop (Mark) of Villa Ridge, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
