Daniel L. Simmerly Obituary
We bid farewell to Daniel L. Simmerly of Bourbon, Missouri, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 22, 2025 at the age of 66. Daniel touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Simmerly and Pat Simmerly (Clark); his granddaughter Honor Bridgeman; and his brother-in-law Bob Hall. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Simmerly; his daughters, Nicole King (JR) of Bourbon, MO, Whitney Bridgeman (Tom) of Bourbon, MO, Samantha Oberkramer (Scottie) of San Antonio, TX and Lauren Martin (Cody) of Bourbon, MO; his grandchildren, Addie, Aiden, Easton, Harper, Oliver, Malia and Bentley; and his siblings, Charlotte Hall of Springfield, Julie Little (Randy) of Springfield, MO and David Simmerly (Sandy) of Kissee Mills, MO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Temple Baptist Church (444 Beeman St, Sullivan, MO 63080). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
