He was predeceased by: his mother Tillie Parker (Frock); his daughter Penny Parker; and his brother Jack Parker. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Joan Stottlar; his daughter Pam Weber (Paul) of Fort Collins, Colorado; his grandchildren, Ron Elliott, David Elliott (Amanda), Jess Wooden (Kristy) and Kimberly Perez (Rod); his great grandchildren, Curtis, Breanna, Logan, Jena, Ethan, Calla, Austin, Rylan, Sophia and Camden; and his aunt Vernadean Carroll of Bosworth, Missouri..
